Sticpay says only that it does not serve residents of Japan and the United Kingdom, and PayDo’s published pricing is for a euro IBAN account (card top-up 3.4% + €0.20, 1% conversion); neither publishes Australian figures, so treat them as the wallet you open because one casino asks for it, not as a first choice.
Setting it up
Every wallet follows the same pattern: register with email, phone, name, date of birth and address; pick the wallet currency; add a funding method; verify.
Verification differs in timing, not substance. Jeton will not let you transact until you have uploaded government photo ID, a selfie and a proof of address under three months old. MiFinity asks once you pass €150 of transactions and caps the first card deposit at €150 until the card is verified; it takes a passport, national ID card or driving licence plus a recent bill or statement. Skrill and Neteller open the account first and apply limits until you verify, and Skrill notes that “some merchants require full verification before accepting payments” — casinos usually are those merchants.
Two settings matter for gambling. Skrill and Neteller make you declare at deposit time whether the money is for gambling; a non-gambling deposit cannot be spent at a casino afterwards, and Mastercard gambling deposits work only at merchants on Paysafe’s approved list. MuchBetter asks the same “gaming” question on card top-ups. Answer honestly and the payment goes through; answer wrong and the balance is stuck.
Fees, limits and timing
What the casinos charge. None of the casinos that list a wallet publishes a fee for using one. Minimums follow the casino: A$10–30 at WinSpirit, A$20 at Richard Casino, A$30 at RocketPlay and Spin Samurai, €10 at Bizzo, €20 at Need for Spin. Withdrawal minimums are €20 at Need for Spin and A$30 at RocketPlay, which also caps a MiFinity payout at A$4,000. Need for Spin’s A$800 daily limit applies whatever the method.

Worked example, Skrill from Australia: load A$200 by debit card (free), deposit and later withdraw A$400 to the wallet, send it to your bank for 3% — A$12 — provided the wallet and the casino account are both in AUD. Add a euro casino account and the 4.49% conversion applies twice.
Timing. Deposits are instant everywhere. Withdrawals are the reason to bother: after approval, Golden Crown and Neospin quote 0–1 hour to a wallet against 1–5 days to a card or bank, Bizzo and Need for Spin 0–24 hours against 1–7 days by card or bank, RocketPlay and Richard Casino “instant” against 3–7 and 3–5 days. Approval itself is 24–72 hours at most of them, with no weekend processing at Golden Crown, Need for Spin and Spin Samurai. From the wallet to your bank, MiFinity says it releases within 24 hours and the bank may add up to 3–5 days; Jeton says 48 hours as standard, faster if you saved the bank details during a deposit.
When it fails
Card declined inside the wallet. Skrill and Neteller refuse Australian-issued credit cards for gambling outright; use a debit card. If that fails too, your bank has blocked the merchant code — MuchBetter’s FAQ says “many banks carry restrictions towards online gaming related transactions” and suggests a voucher instead. A bank transfer into Jeton or a MiFinity eVoucher does the same job.
“Funds restricted based on purpose”. A Skrill or Neteller deposit tagged non-gambling. It cannot be re-tagged; withdraw it and load again with the right answer.
The casino rejects the wallet payment. Skrill’s advice is to complete verification first, avoid VPNs and not let the checkout session expire. Need for Spin, Neospin and SkyCrown also ask for proof of the payment method at KYC, so the wallet must be in the same name as the casino account.
The wallet is missing from the cashier. Availability follows account currency and country: RocketPlay shows Skrill to NZD accounts only; SkyCrown, WinSpirit and Wild Card City list wallets for deposits that they will not pay out to. Check the review’s Banking table and use the wallet the casino pays to, or fall back to Visa for deposits and crypto for payouts.
Withdrawal to bank refused. MiFinity pays card deposits back to the card first, up to the amount deposited, before releasing anything to a bank; eZeeWallet says bank withdrawal “may not be available at all locations”. Neither is a fault, but both catch people out.
Withdrawing
Request the payout to the wallet you deposited from — WinSpirit says so outright and MiFinity enforces it on its side — and expect an ID check before the first fiat payout at every casino here. Once the wallet balance shows, go to Withdraw (MiFinity, Skrill, Neteller) or Send (Jeton) and choose your bank account. Keep the wallet in AUD or NZD to avoid the 4.49% at Skrill and Neteller.
Where a wallet is deposit-only — Jeton at Spin Samurai, MuchBetter at Spin Samurai, everything at SkyCrown except MiFinity — the payout goes by bank transfer (3–7 days at most casinos, minimums from A$300 at Neospin) or by crypto, which is as fast: USDT or Bitcoin within hours of approval and, at RocketPlay, without verification for crypto players.
