Contact the editors
We read everything. Corrections are fixed within 48 hours; casino complaints we can verify change ratings.
Report an error
Email editors@televega.com with the page URL and what is wrong. If a bonus code no longer works, include the date and the message the casino showed you.
A casino did not pay you
Send the casino name, your account email, the withdrawal date and amount, and any correspondence. We contact the casino on your behalf where we have a relationship, and we record the outcome in the review.
Casinos and operators
Listing is by testing, not by payment. If you operate a casino that accepts Australian or New Zealand players and want it reviewed, email partners@televega.com. We will read your terms, check your licence on the regulator's register and open an account with our own money; we will not take a fee to publish, to raise a score or to remove a warning, and we do not send reviews for approval before they go live.
If a review contains a factual error about your casino — a figure from an old version of your terms, a payment method you have since added, a licence that has changed — send the correction with a link to the page on your own site that shows it, and we will fix it and move the updated date. If you dispute a judgement rather than a fact, say so and we will publish your response alongside ours; what we will not do is delete a documented complaint because you asked.
What happens after you write
Corrections are checked against the source you send and fixed within 48 hours. Payment complaints take longer: we look for the same pattern in the public complaint records at Casino Guru and AskGamblers before we act, because one unpaid withdrawal can be a verification hold and five is a business model. A casino that shows the second pattern loses its recommendation and its affiliate link, whatever that costs us.
We cannot recover your money. We are a review site, not a regulator or a mediator, and no offshore casino is obliged to answer us. What we can do is put your evidence next to everyone else's and make the next reader's decision better informed. If you need a formal route, Casino Guru's complaint service mediates for free and publishes the outcome, and the licence section of every review on this site names the regulator to approach — where one exists at all.
What we do with what you send
Correspondence stays with the editors. If your complaint changes a review we describe what happened, never who you are: no names, no account numbers, no email addresses. Ask us not to use your case at all and we will not.
