Our verdict
Just Casino is a 2023 SoftSwiss brand from Just Entertainment B.V., a Curaçao company that shares infrastructure with Dama N.V. (RocketPlay, 7Bit). Its licence number is the real thing: OGL/2024/164/0246 appears on the Curaçao Gaming Authority's register dated 26 June 2026, upgraded from a provisional to an indefinite licence on 24 December 2025. Australia and New Zealand are not on the restricted list, and AUD and NZD accounts are offered.
The complaint record is mixed rather than bad. Casino Guru rates it 6.7 (above average) with 52 complaints, none unresolved but 30 rejected, several from Australians disputing confiscated wins of A$850 to A$6,000. AskGamblers scores it 7.3 and Trustpilot 3.9 from 1,236 reviews, where the recurring gripe is withdrawals sitting past the promised 24–48 hours. Nothing we found rises to a blacklist or a pattern of unpaid verified players, so it stays on the list — at 6.9, not higher.
Two caveats. The official justcasino.com/en-AU homepage opened for us on 7 September 2026 and its footer names Just Entertainment B.V. and licence OGL/2024/164/0246 — the same details we found on the regulator's register — but the cashier sits behind registration, so PayID and Apple Pay are unconfirmed and left off our payments list; the detailed terms we quote come from the operator's sister domain justcasino.io under the same licence. And the main domain is on ACMA's blocking list, so you will meet a mirror. We have not deposited or withdrawn ourselves; this is a desk review.

PayID is not on the official cashier as far as any independent source can show: Casino Guru’s 41-method list has no PayID, POLi or Apple Pay, and justcasino.com’s own payments page describes methods without naming PayID. Minimum deposit and withdrawal are €20 by AskGamblers’ account and A$30 by Australian ones.
The limits are the part to read twice. The terms cap withdrawals at US$4,000 (A$6,000 on Casino Guru’s currency table) a day, US$8,000 a week and US$30,000 a month, pay anything above that in monthly instalments, and impose a US$50,000 cumulative daily net-win limit. Every deposit must be turned over once before withdrawal. The casino charges no fees of its own but passes on provider fees on withdrawals, and dormant accounts pay at least US$10 a month after 120 days. Verification can be requested at any time; LCB puts approval at up to three business days, and Trustpilot reviewers describe document requests arriving after a win rather than before.

The footer on justcasino.io — the same operator, same licence — reads “Curaçao Gaming Authority (license no. OGL/2024/164/0246)”, operated by Just Entertainment B.V., company number 160603, Scharlooweg 39, Willemstad. We checked that number against the regulator’s published register. In the 12 December 2025 edition it appears as a provisional licence issued 24 June 2025; in the 26 June 2026 edition it is entry 550, issued 24 December 2025 with expiry “N/A Indefinite”. That is as verified as a Curaçao licence gets. Older pages, including LCB, still name Dama N.V. under Antillephone 8048/JAZ2020-13, which is out of date.
The restricted-countries clause names 31 jurisdictions — the US, UK, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, France, Germany and others — and neither Australia nor New Zealand is among them. Complaint statistics: Casino Guru 52 complaints, 21 resolved, 30 rejected, 0 unresolved, 1,463 black points mostly inherited from sister brands; AskGamblers 9 complaints, 7 resolved, two late withdrawals open at the time of writing. No native app; the site is a responsive web lobby that runs in any mobile browser, and the operator’s FAQ says as much — open the domain, pick a game, play. The pages ranking for “Just Casino login” in Australia — justcasinoaus.net, justcasino-official.com, just-casino-official.com and just-au.com, whose terms read “registered in [Insert Country]” — are affiliate templates, not the casino. Register only via the official domain or a link you trust. Sister sites include Lucky Dreams, Lets Lucky, Lucky Ones and Vegas Now. Outside the target region the site shows a “Country blocked” page, not a login form.
