Our verdict
Need for Spin earns a provisional place on our list for one reason: when players complain, they get answered. Casino Guru gives it a 9.2 Safety Index with 44 complaints on file, 17 resolved, 26 rejected and none left unresolved; AskGamblers records four complaints, all resolved, with the casino replying in about two days. For an offshore site with 6,500 pokies, AUD and NZD accounts, crypto, Neosurf and Apple Pay, that record is the strongest argument in its favour.
Two things stop it being a full recommendation. Trustpilot scores it 2.9 out of 5 from 137 reviews, almost evenly split between five-star and one-star, and the one-star reviews from August 2026 describe withdrawals unpaid for over a month and fresh KYC demands after a payout request. And while its licence number OGL/2024/589/0556 and holder GBL Solutions N.V. appear on the Curaçao Gaming Control Board register, the June 2026 register shows an expiry date of 14 April 2026 and a status of 'Assessment in progress' rather than 'Active'.
