Our verdict
WinSpirit is the second most-searched casino in Australia and, judged by its lobby, a good one: 2,500+ games, Evolution live tables, Neosurf, eleven coins, a A$10 minimum deposit and a two-part welcome bonus worth A$2,000.
We still do not recommend it, and the reason is in its own terms. The excluded-territories clause names "Australia (if physically present in Australia at the time of play)". A casino that accepts your AUD deposit while its contract says you may not play has a ready-made reason to refuse your withdrawal, and Casino Guru's complaint file suggests that is not theoretical: 49 complaints, 34 rejected, over 30,000 black points and a note about a "very high amount of restrained payouts" relative to the casino's size, several from AUD players disputing A$2,500 to A$6,000. Trustpilot, meanwhile, removed fake reviews and suspended the score.
AskGamblers rates the same casino 8.7 with hundreds of happy reviews, and many players do get paid quickly. If you choose to play anyway: use crypto, take no bonus, keep balances small, and know that the contract is not on your side.
Bonuses: what the terms actually say
