Neosurf vouchers are issued by NS Cards France SAS and sold in Australia through the ePay terminal network — the terminals that print mobile top-ups and gift cards at the counter. Neosurf’s own store locator counts roughly 13,000 Australian points of sale and shows five retail logos for the country: Ampol, BP, Coles, EG (the EG Ampol forecourts) and OTR. Sampling the locator around the five mainland capitals turned up mostly independent newsagents, convenience stores and small grocers alongside those chains, so the practical rule is: any shop with an ePay terminal can sell one.

Setting it up
There is nothing to set up. Ask for a Neosurf voucher at the counter, name the value, pay, and keep the receipt: the 10-character code printed on it is the money, and it needs no activation.
At the casino, open the cashier, choose Neosurf and enter the amount. A Neosurf window opens with three boxes (4, 3 and 3 characters); type the code and confirm. The voucher is debited on the spot and the casino balance updates in the same moment. One voucher can be spent across several payments, and the “Check Voucher” page at voucher.neosurf.com shows the balance and lets you transfer what remains to another voucher.
A myNeosurf account is optional: anyone over 18 can open one without documents and load it by bank transfer or voucher. For casino players it is the exit route for stranded value (below), which requires ID.
Fees, limits and timing
What Neosurf charges. Vouchers are “sold for face value” (terms, Article 2). Paying in a currency other than the voucher’s costs 2% on top of the exchange rate — relevant if your casino account is in euros rather than AUD. A voucher untouched for three months attracts a service fee of €3, or the local equivalent, deducted every month until it is used or empty. Refunds through myNeosurf cost 5% and need ID, proof of address and proof that the bank account is yours.
What the casino charges. None of the five recommended casinos that list Neosurf publishes a deposit fee for it. Timing. The deposit is instant. If the casino balance has not updated, Neosurf’s FAQ says to contact the casino’s support first, since Neosurf can confirm to the merchant that the payment went through.
When it fails
“Invalid code”. Check the voucher at voucher.neosurf.com. If the balance is there, retype the code. If it is zero and you have not spent it, contact Neosurf through its contact form at once so they can block the voucher and investigate.
Balance shows but the casino will not take it. Ask the casino’s support rather than retrying elsewhere; each failed attempt is still a payment order in Neosurf’s system.
Neosurf is not in the cashier. Some casinos show it only for certain account currencies — RocketPlay lists it for NZD accounts, not AUD. If it is absent, Paysafecard or Flexepin are the closest substitutes where offered; the review’s Banking table says which.
Someone asks for the code. Neosurf’s FAQ says a code requested for a purchase on a classifieds site, by phone or by an individual “is very likely” fraud. A code is cash; the casino cashier is the only place to type it.
Stranded balance. Value under a casino minimum can be moved to a fresh voucher, loaded into myNeosurf, or refunded from myNeosurf to a bank account in your own name for 5% after verification. Resellers cannot refund a code bought in a shop.
