RocketPlay review 2026

Tested 7 September 2026 · Reviewed by Tom Whitaker · Updated 8 September 2026

A properly licensed SoftSwiss casino with clear terms, AUD and NZD accounts, crypto and MiFinity payouts stated as instant, and a clean complaint record — held back by a A$9,000 weekly withdrawal cap and instalment payments on big wins.

Our verdict

RocketPlay is the casino on this list we would open an account at first. It is one of the few Australia-facing sites where the licence number in the footer resolves to a real Curaçao Gaming Control Board licence, the operating company is named in the terms, and the terms themselves say the same thing on every page. Casino Guru rates it 9.8 with 59 complaints on file and none unresolved; AskGamblers gives it a Certificate of Trust.

The trade-off is size. Withdrawals are capped at A$9,000 a week and A$35,000 a month, and the terms allow balances above A$20,000 to be paid in monthly instalments. If you play small stakes that never matters. If you chase jackpots it is the single most important line in the T&Cs.

We have now tested it. A 10 USDT deposit on the TRC-20 network, sent at 02:45 on 7 September 2026, was credited in four minutes; a 8 USDT withdrawal requested at 03:50 landed in the wallet at 05:00. Almost all of that 70 minutes was the identity check — a selfie holding an ID document — which the casino's own FAQ says crypto players do not have to pass. Once it cleared, the payout itself took minutes, exactly as the terms promise.

What we liked
Real, verifiable licence (Curaçao GCB OGL/2024/1307/0748) and a named operator — rare among AU-facing casinos
Crypto payout measured at 70 minutes end to end, minutes of it after approval; bank transfer via PayAnyBank in 3–7 days
Casino Guru Safety Index 9.8 with zero unresolved complaints; AskGamblers Certificate of Trust
Terms are readable and consistent: 40x, A$7.50 max bet, A$5,000 max win per welcome bonus
What to watch
A$9,000 weekly and A$35,000 monthly withdrawal caps; balances over A$20,000 may be paid in monthly instalments
No PayID; Neosurf shown for NZ but not on the AU cashier list
NetEnt games are contractually unavailable in Australia; live games count only 5% towards wagering
Trustpilot profile removed for guideline breaches — no independent star rating there

Bonuses: what the terms actually say

The welcome package is two deposits: 100% up to A$1,000 plus 100 free spins on the first (A$30 minimum), then 200% up to A$1,000 on the second (A$75 minimum). Every bonus is 40x the bonus amount, the maximum bet while wagering is A$7.50, and each deposit bonus caps winnings at A$5,000. The free spins arrive 20 a day for five days on BGaming’s Aztec Magic and their winnings are capped at A$300 — the lowest-value part of the package.

Slots count 100% towards wagering, live games 5%, game shows 0%, and jackpot games are locked while a bonus is active. The bonus is non-sticky in RocketPlay’s own definition: real money is played first, but nothing can be withdrawn until wagering is complete.

Regulars get a Friday free-spins reload (20 to 100 spins by deposit tier, A$3,000 win cap), a 50% Sunday bonus up to A$300, a HIGHROLLER code for 50% up to A$2,500 on A$300+ deposits, and weekly cashback of 3% to 10% by loyalty level from tier four upwards, wagered 5x. Crypto wallets are excluded from cashback.

New Zealand accounts also get Neosurf and Skrill for deposits and Inpay bank transfers for withdrawals. There is no PayID and no Apple Pay on the official cashier despite what some affiliate sites claim.

The casino says approval takes up to 24 hours and that crypto players do not need verification before their first withdrawal; every deposit must be wagered once before it can be withdrawn. Dormant accounts are charged at least €25 a month after twelve months.

We tested the crypto rail on 7 September 2026 with our own money and no bonus attached. A 10 USDT deposit on TRC-20 sent at 02:45 showed in the balance four minutes later. A withdrawal of 8 USDT requested at 03:50 arrived at 05:00 — 70 minutes, of which roughly an hour was verification: the cashier asked for a selfie holding an ID document before it would release the payout. That contradicts the FAQ line above, and it is the one thing we would change about RocketPlay’s published terms: crypto players should be told they will be verified like everyone else. The payout itself, once approved, took minutes rather than the 24 hours the terms allow for.

Pokies and games

RocketPlay runs the SoftSwiss platform, so the library is large: third-party counts range from 5,000 to 9,000 titles across 100+ studios. The Australian pokies page highlights Playson, BGaming, Booongo, Wazdan, Platipus and Mascot Gaming — Booongo and Playson are where the Dragon Link-style Hold & Win clones live. Casino Guru’s game check lists Gates of Olympus, Sweet Bonanza, Sugar Rush and Big Bass Bonanza Megaways (Pragmatic Play) and Le Bandit and Wanted Dead or a Wild (Hacksaw Gaming) among the most-played titles, so both studios’ slot catalogues are present alongside Pragmatic Play Live. NetEnt games are blocked for Australian players by contract.

The live casino is unusually deep for an offshore site: Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live, Vivo, Ezugi, Portomaso, BetGames, LuckyStreak and XProGaming, plus an exclusive RocketPlay Royal Roulette table. Remember that live play contributes only 5% to bonus wagering.

Licence and safety

Licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board under OGL/2024/1307/0748, held by Scores55 Tech B.V. (the successor to Dama N.V., which also operates 7Bit, mBit and KatsuBet). The site claims eCOGRA certification with a 97.37% overall RTP. Disputes go to arbitration in Curaçao and must be filed within a year.

Independent records are good: Casino Guru lists 59 complaints, 19 resolved and 40 rejected, with zero black points; AskGamblers shows 11 complaints answered in about two days. Several Australian complaints about closed accounts and delayed winnings were resolved in the player’s favour. Trustpilot removed the rocketplay.com profile for guideline breaches, which we count against the casino only mildly — it removes an independent signal rather than proving misconduct.

Mobile and support

No native app; the site installs as a progressive web app from the “Download app” link. Live chat is 24/7 in English; email goes to support@rocketplay.com, with payment-team replies from a separate rocketplayonline.online address that looks like phishing but is not.

Official site and login

Log in at rocketplay.com; the site serves Australian and New Zealand versions under its en-AU and en-NZ locales and is JavaScript-rendered, so pages appear only once the app loads. ACMA named Rocketplay in a May 2022 ISP-blocking action. We found no numbered mirror domains, and our research did not record the affiliate lookalikes for this brand, so we cannot say which “RocketPlay login” results are clones; register only via the official domain or a link you trust. Sister sites sharing the Scores55 Tech licence are 7Bit Casino, mBit Casino, KatsuBet and Mirax. The FAQ says crypto users need no verification before withdrawing; everyone else gets a KYC request by email with two weeks to complete it.

FAQ

Is RocketPlay legal for Australian and New Zealand players?
RocketPlay is licensed in Curaçao, not in Australia or New Zealand. Neither country appears on its restricted list and it runs AUD and NZD accounts. For an individual player, using an offshore casino is not an offence in either country; the Interactive Gambling Act and the NZ Gambling Act target operators. ACMA has asked Australian ISPs to block the domain, so you may need the casino's current mirror.
How long do RocketPlay withdrawals take?
The casino states up to 24 hours for approval, then instant for crypto and e-wallets and 3–7 business days for bank transfers. We have not measured this ourselves yet; player reports on LCB and Casino Guru describe crypto payouts within hours.
Does RocketPlay accept PayID?
No. The AU cashier lists Visa, Mastercard, MiFinity, CashtoCode and six cryptocurrencies. Withdrawals go to MiFinity, bank transfer or crypto.
What is the RocketPlay welcome bonus wagering?
40x the bonus amount, with a A$7.50 maximum bet and a A$5,000 maximum win per deposit bonus. The 100 free spins (20 a day for five days on Aztec Magic) carry a A$300 win cap. Slots count 100%, live games 5%, game shows 0%.
