Fair Go Casino review 2026
Australia's best-known RTG pokies site since 2017, with Apple Pay, Neosurf and crypto deposits, a 30x welcome bonus with no cashout cap and real no-deposit spins — but it publishes no licence number, we found none on the Curaçao register, and every withdrawal is capped at A$2,500 per transfer.
Our verdict
Fair Go is the RTG pokies site most Australians have heard of: running since 2017, AUD accounts, Apple Pay and Neosurf on the cashier, a five-part welcome bonus at 30x with no cashout cap, and no-deposit free spins published on its own site rather than by affiliates. Live chat is 24/7 and Casino Guru measured replies in about three minutes. Trustpilot shows 4.3 from 903 reviews on a claimed profile with no fake-review flag.
The problems are structural. The site names no operating company and no licence anywhere — not in the footer, the terms or the privacy policy. Casino Guru lists it as operating without a licence, and the Deckmedia N.V. entity that third parties attribute it to does not appear on the Curaçao Gaming Authority's August 2026 register. ACMA asked Australian ISPs to block it in November 2019. Withdrawals are A$100 minimum and A$2,500 per transfer, bank wires cost A$50, and the A$10 maximum bet on any bonus has a documented history of voiding five-figure wins.
We keep it on the list because the complaint record does not show a pattern of unpaid winnings: Casino Guru's ten direct complaints are all closed, none unresolved, and Trustpilot's negatives are about pacing rather than refusal. Play without a bonus if you bet above A$10, expect big wins to arrive in A$2,500 slices, and do not assume any regulator will take your side. Rating is provisional; we have not run our own withdrawal test.
Bonuses and promo codes
Bonuses: what the terms actually say
The welcome offer (code WELCOME) is 100% up to A$200, redeemable on each of your first five deposits for A$1,000 in total. Wagering is 30x the deposit plus the bonus, and the terms state that “all deposit bonuses are cashable” — no maximum cashout. Only pokies count: blackjack, video poker, craps, roulette, baccarat and any other table game contribute nothing. The maximum bet while any bonus is active, cashback included, is A$10, and betting above it voids the winnings; a 2019 Casino Listings thread records a A$10,000 win removed for breaching it. Bonus winnings must be withdrawn within 150 days of redemption.
Free bonuses are a different regime: 60x wagering on the winnings, a cashout cap of 5x the bonus or A$180 from “free money promotions”, and no chaining two free offers without a real deposit in between. BUBBLE15 (15 spins on Bubble Bubble 2, new players), HENFERNO-FREE (A$10 chip) and QUICKIE-BOOST (15 spins on Asgard, existing players) are all published on the official site. YOURFREE25 gives A$25 monthly to anyone who has deposited that month, capped at A$180.
Regulars get Koala Monday (a tiered match whose tiers are not published), 25 Fun Monday spins after a weekend deposit, and 25% instant cashback (40% for VIPs, 30% at weekends) on busted deposits made without a bonus, claimed through live chat and wagered 20x.
Banking: deposits and withdrawals
| Method | Deposit | Withdrawal | Stated time |
|---|---|---|---|
| Visa / Mastercard | A$20+, free | Not available | Instant deposit |
| Apple Pay / Google Pay | A$20+, free | Not available | Instant deposit |
| Neosurf / CashtoCode | A$10 / A$25+ | Not available | Instant deposit |
| eZeeWallet | A$10+ | A$100–2,500 per transfer, free | Within 2 business days |
| JET Bank Transfer / Wire | A$20+ | A$100–2,500 per transfer, A$50 fee | Within 2 business days, then bank time |
| Bitcoin | A$25+ (Lightning A$5+) | A$100–2,500 per transfer, free | Within 2 business days |
| BCH, LTC, ETH, USDT | A$10–25+ | Not listed | — |
PayID is not on the official cashier, and neither is POLi; the only bank route in is JET Bank Transfer. Apple Pay and Google Pay are listed for deposits, which is rare offshore. Withdrawals are thin: three methods, A$100 minimum, A$2,500 per transfer. The banking table gives weekly limits of A$2,500 for wire and A$5,000 for Bitcoin and eZeeWallet, while the same page and the T&Cs quote A$7,500 a week; we could not confirm which applies, and the terms allow larger wins to be paid “over a period of several weeks”. Only Bitcoin is listed for crypto withdrawals; we could not confirm whether Litecoin, Ethereum or USDT can be cashed out.
Verification comes before the first payout: colour photo ID, proof of address under three months old, a copy of any card used, an e-wallet screenshot, and a selfie on request. No approval time is stated; LCB reports ten minutes to five days. Balances on accounts inactive for twelve months are voided.
Pokies and games
Fair Go is a single-studio casino. The homepage names “Spin Logic” as its game provider — the rebranded Real Time Gaming catalogue — and Casino Guru lists SpinLogic Gaming as the only supplier. The count is about 280 pokies plus video poker, virtual blackjack, roulette, baccarat, keno and scratch cards. None of Pragmatic Play, Evolution, Booongo, Playson, Play’n GO, NetEnt, Push Gaming, Hacksaw Gaming, Games Global or Aristocrat is present, so there are no Dragon Link or Lightning Link-style titles here; the nearest equivalents are RTG’s own Fu Long Treasures, Great Golden Lion, Fortunate Buddha and Mighty Drums. Cash Bandits 2 and Bubble Bubble 2 anchor the promotions, and Kev’s Bush Bonanza is an exclusive with a 50,000x top award. Aztec’s Millions and Megasaur carry progressive jackpots, though Casino Guru flags that withdrawal limits apply to jackpot wins. There is no live dealer casino.
Licence and safety
The site does not say who runs it or under what licence. The footer reads only “Copyright © Fair Go Casino, 2026”, and the terms, FAQ and privacy policy name no company, address or regulator. Casino Guru attributes it to Deckmedia N.V., the group behind Sloto’Cash, Uptown Aces, Uptown Pokies, Ozwin and Ripper, and lists the casino as operating “without a license”. Sister-site guides cite 1668/JAZ, a Curaçao master-licence number from the regime that ended in 2024. We searched the Curaçao Gaming Authority’s online-gaming register dated 31 August 2026 and its March 2026 edition: no entry for Deckmedia or Fair Go. We could not confirm any licence.
ACMA named Fair Go, with Emu Casino, in its first ISP-blocking request in November 2019, citing more than 50 complaints about the two operators’ conduct. Third-party clone domains now outrank the official site in Australian search results.
Complaint data is mixed rather than damning. Casino Guru’s Safety Index is 5.1 (below average) with 34 complaints across the group, 10 against Fair Go itself, all rejected, none unresolved; the themes are verification delays, withdrawal pacing and A$10,500 confiscated for alleged bonus misuse. Trustpilot is 4.3 from 903 reviews on a claimed profile with no fake-review warning. LCB members give 3.4 out of 5.
Mobile and support
There is no app; the site says it is “fully optimised for mobile play” and the lobby runs in any phone browser. Live chat is advertised 24/7 and Casino Guru clocked a three-minute average reply; email goes to support@fairgocasino.com, and the support page offers a scheduled callback but publishes no phone number. Cashback and some bonuses must be requested through chat, so you will use it more than at most casinos, and the terms are applied to the letter, so ask about the A$10 max bet before you accept any coupon. The official domain is fairgocasino.com; the footer also links a “Fair Go Australia” site at bonusfairgo.com, and mirrors such as fairgo-casinoaus.com are not run by the casino.
Official site and login
Log in at fairgocasino.com; the lobby behind the login runs on cdk.fairgocasino.com, and the footer links a second operator-run site, bonusfairgo.com, labelled “Fair Go Australia”. ACMA asked Australian ISPs to block Fair Go in November 2019, yet the domain still serves the site, and the operator’s own bonusfairgo.com is the only alternative address we can tie to it. The top Australian result for “fair go casino” is fairgo-casinoaus.com, a third-party clone; fairgocasino.eu.com, fairgo-casino.us.com and fairgo-casino.app are likewise affiliate marketing pages, not the casino. Register only via the official domain or a link you trust. Fair Go’s sister sites in the Deckmedia group include Ozwin, Ripper Casino, Sloto’Cash and Uptown Pokies.
