RocketPlay
- Real, verifiable licence (Curaçao GCB OGL/2024/1307/0748) and a named operator — rare among AU-facing casinos
- Crypto payout measured at 70 minutes end to end, minutes of it after approval; bank transfer via PayAnyBank in 3–7 days
Every casino on this list shows USDT in its cashier. Nine pay withdrawals back in USDT; two take it for deposits only and pay out in Bitcoin, and the table above says which. The ranking is our standard one — stated payout terms, a licence we could find on a register, and the complaint record — and the notes below cover the two things that decide what a Tether deposit costs you: the network you send it on, and the fact that the balance does not move while the approval queue clears.

Tether is a token pegged to the US dollar, so A$100 of it is still A$100 of it when the withdrawal clears. That sounds small until you have watched a Bitcoin balance move 5% during a 48-hour approval queue at Neospin or a 72-hour one at Need for Spin. It also removes the trap in bonus terms: maximum bets are written in dollars — A$7.50 at RocketPlay, A$10 at Neospin, A$6.50 at National Casino — and a stake in a stable coin cannot drift over the line between placing and settling.
What USDT does not change is the casino’s rules. No casino on this list charges a fee on a Tether deposit or withdrawal, but the conditions are the same as for any coin: deposits wagered once before withdrawal at RocketPlay, Richard Casino and Just Casino, three times at Spin Samurai, and a 10% charge at Need for Spin on a deposit sent back unplayed. Whether documents are asked for before a payout is a policy of the casino, not the coin, and is set out on the no-KYC page.
Tether exists on more than a dozen chains and the copies do not mix. Two matter at a casino cashier. USDT on Tron (TRC-20) costs about 6.4 TRX in burnt energy per transfer — roughly double if the receiving address has never held USDT, nil if the sender has staked TRX — and confirms in about three seconds. USDT on Ethereum (ERC-20) costs US$2–10 in gas depending on congestion, takes about 13 minutes to reach finality, and is the version most widely listed. On a A$50 deposit, ERC-20 is the worst value of the lot.
None of the eleven casinos above publishes its network list outside the logged-in cashier, so we cannot tell you which offer TRC-20. Open Deposit, choose USDT, and read the dropdown before you buy anything: a Tron address starts with T, an Ethereum address with 0x. Then choose the same network by name at the exchange. BNB Chain and Polygon addresses also start with 0x, which is exactly how ERC-20 and BEP-20 sends get confused; the network name on the exchange screen is the only safeguard. Easy Crypto’s help page puts recovery of a wrong-network send, where attempted at all, at NZ$100–1,000. The full network table with costs and confirmation times is on the USDT payment page.
Split the bill the way we do on every coin page. The casino’s side is nil. The exchange’s side is the trading fee — 0.10% at CoinSpot market orders, 0.25–0.40% at Kraken, 0.50% at Independent Reserve, 0.60% at Swyftx, a 1.0–1.5% spread at Easy Crypto in New Zealand — plus a flat withdrawal fee per network that a first-quarter 2026 survey put at 1 USDT on Binance, 2.40 on Coinbase and 2.50 on Kraken for TRC-20. The network’s side is a few TRX on Tron or US$2–10 on Ethereum. A A$200 deposit on Tron, played and withdrawn, costs roughly A$2–6 in exchange fees plus a couple of dollars of TRX, with no price movement in between. PayID deposits are free at every Australian exchange in our USDT deposit guide; Kraken and Coinbase do not take NZD, which leaves New Zealanders choosing between Easy Crypto and Independent Reserve.
Exchanges cover the Tron energy inside their withdrawal fee. If you route through a wallet of your own — Exodus, Trust Wallet or TronLink all hold TRC-20 USDT — keep 10–15 TRX in it, because a Tron wallet with USDT and no TRX cannot send at all. The wallets guide has the comparison.
All eleven recommended casinos show Tether in the cashier. At the SoftSwiss-built nine — RocketPlay, Spin Samurai, Richard Casino, Just Casino, Golden Crown, Neospin, Need for Spin, Bizzo and National Casino — it is a withdrawal option as well, so you are paid in the coin you deposited. Minimum deposits in USDT are A$20 equivalent at Golden Crown and Richard Casino, A$25 at RocketPlay, €20 at Spin Samurai, A$30 at Neospin, Need for Spin, Just Casino and National Casino, and €5 at Bizzo, or the NZ$ equivalent. Withdrawal minimums are A$20–30 at most, €50 for crypto at Need for Spin and A$300 at Neospin, which publishes a floor only for bank transfer.
Fair Go and Ripper are the exceptions. Both list USDT for deposits — Ripper’s Tether page gives two minimums, A$5 and A$50, and we could not resolve which applies — but both list only Bitcoin among crypto withdrawal methods, with a A$100 minimum. Deposit USDT there and you are paid in BTC, with the price risk that brings. Among the casinos we do not recommend, Royal Reels, ThePokies.net, SkyCrown, Ignition, Joe Fortune and WinSpirit also list USDT; the reasons they are off the list are in their reviews and have nothing to do with the coin.
Deposits credit after one confirmation: seconds on Tron, around 13 minutes on Ethereum. Withdrawals wait on approval — up to 24 hours at RocketPlay, 0–48 at Neospin, 24–48 at Golden Crown, 24–72 at Need for Spin, up to 24 hours at Just Casino — after which the on-chain leg is stated as instant at RocketPlay, Richard Casino and Golden Crown, about 45 minutes at Neospin, within an hour at Just Casino and 0–24 hours at Need for Spin. The caps are the casino’s: A$800 a day at Need for Spin, A$1,500 a day at Spin Samurai, A$2,000 a week at Ripper, A$6,000 a day at Just Casino and Neospin, A$9,000 a week at RocketPlay, A$15,000 a day at Golden Crown.
Across the SoftSwiss casinos the welcome package accepts a Tether deposit at the same 40x wagering as a card. Bizzo and National Casino offer a crypto-only alternative — 200% up to A$800 on the first deposit, plus a 5% crypto reload up to A$150 — and Ripper’s cashback rises from 25% to 40% for crypto deposits. RocketPlay excludes crypto wallets from its weekly cashback. Because USDT is dollar-stable, a bonus credited “up to A$800” is the same A$800 when you come to wager it, which is one less thing to argue about with support.
Converting USDT back to AUD or NZD is a disposal to report even when the gain is a few cents: the ATO lists swapping one crypto asset for another and selling for money among CGT events, and Inland Revenue takes the same line for cryptoassets acquired for the purpose of disposal. Keep the exchange records; the USDT payment page has the detail.
