RocketPlay
- Real, verifiable licence (Curaçao GCB OGL/2024/1307/0748) and a named operator — rare among AU-facing casinos
- Crypto payout measured at 70 minutes end to end, minutes of it after approval; bank transfer via PayAnyBank in 3–7 days
Every casino on this list takes Bitcoin on its own cashier, for deposits and withdrawals. The ranking is the one we use for every crypto casino — stated payout terms, whether the printed licence exists on a regulator's register, and how the complaint files read — and the table above shows what each operator says about Bitcoin in particular. Below: what BTC costs to move, which pokies to play with it, and why the currency your balance is held in matters more than most people expect.

Three things, and none of them is anonymity. The first is speed on the way out: seven of the twelve casinos above state a crypto payout of “instant” to 24 hours after approval, against three to seven days for a bank transfer. The second is that your bank statement shows a purchase at an exchange, not a gambling merchant — relevant while several banks block card gambling transactions outright. The third is that no casino on this list charges a fee on a Bitcoin deposit or withdrawal, so the whole cost of a round trip sits with the exchange and the network.
What Bitcoin does not buy you is any change in how the casino treats you. Whether documents are asked for before a payout is the casino’s policy, not the coin’s: RocketPlay says in its FAQ that crypto players need no verification before withdrawing, while Bizzo, Golden Crown, Need for Spin and Neospin verify before the first payout regardless of method. That is set out casino by casino on the no-KYC page.
Buying is cheap: an AUSTRAC-registered exchange funded by PayID (or an FSPR-registered one funded by NZD bank transfer) charges 0.1–0.6% to trade. The line that matters on a small deposit is the exchange’s flat send fee — 0.000015 BTC at Kraken, 0.00002 at Swyftx, 0.0001 at Independent Reserve, roughly A$2 to A$11 at recent prices. The network fee has been 1–2 satoshis per virtual byte for most of the past year, under a dollar, with rare spikes to A$185 on the worst day of 2024. The Bitcoin payment page has every exchange’s fee and confirmation count, and the wallets guide covers the extra hop through a wallet of your own.
The one mistake that loses a deposit outright is the network. A cashier address starting bc1, 3 or 1 wants Bitcoin on the Bitcoin chain; Swyftx and Binance both show a “BSC” or BEP-20 option for BTC, and coins sent that way are gone. Bitcoin Cash addresses can also start with 1.
The pokie has no idea what you deposited. What decides which titles you can play is the casino’s studio list, and the SoftSwiss casinos on this page — RocketPlay, Spin Samurai, Richard Casino, Just Casino, Golden Crown, Neospin, Need for Spin, Bizzo and National Casino — carry the Pragmatic Play catalogue, so Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Big Bass Bonanza, Sugar Rush, The Dog House and Wolf Gold are in all of them. Book of Dead needs Play’n GO, which Just Casino lists; Razor Shark needs Push Gaming and Le Bandit needs Hacksaw, both on the Just Casino and National Casino provider lists. Fair Go and Ripper are a different lobby: Fair Go is a single-studio RTG site with none of these titles, and Ripper’s 27 studios include Pragmatic Play and Hacksaw, and Play’n GO is not on the provider list we read.
Two things to check on the pokie page before you stake Bitcoin on it. The RTP build: Sweet Bonanza ships at 96.48% but also in 95.5% and 94.5% versions, Book of Dead runs from 96.21% down to 84.18%, and the casino chooses which it installs. And the volatility: Gates of Olympus and Sugar Rush are very high with 5,000x top prizes, Wolf Gold and Le Bandit are medium. A high-volatility pokie played on a balance that is itself moving in price is two bets at once.
Eight of the twelve casinos above run an Evolution live lobby: Bizzo, Golden Crown, Just Casino, LTC Casino, National Casino, Neospin, Richard Casino and RocketPlay. RocketPlay’s is the deepest we found — Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live, Vivo, Ezugi, Portomaso, BetGames, LuckyStreak and XProGaming, plus a Royal Roulette table of its own. LTC Casino runs blackjack, roulette, baccarat, poker, Crazy Time, Funky Time, Sweet Bonanza Candyland and the Lightning tables, capped at 500 USDT a bet. Fair Go, Need for Spin and Ripper have no Evolution lobby at all.
The catch is the bonus, and it is worth knowing before you deposit rather than after. Live play barely counts towards wagering anywhere: 10% at best at Just Casino and nothing at all on baccarat, 5% at RocketPlay, and at Spin Samurai table games, roulette, video poker and live dealer all count zero. Neospin does not publish a rate, and at Need for Spin we could not confirm one. A Bitcoin welcome bonus is a pokies bonus in practice — if you came for the live tables, deposit without claiming it.
Table minimums are set in dollars, not coins, so a BTC balance is converted at the casino’s rate every time you sit down. The same maximum-bet rule that voids pokie winnings applies at the tables.
At the SoftSwiss casinos you choose the account currency when you register, and BTC is on the list next to AUD and NZD. At Fair Go and Ripper the account is in dollars whatever you deposit. Which you hold changes the arithmetic of every spin.
Hold AUD and a A$0.20 minimum spin on Sweet Bonanza stays A$0.20 all week; a A$200 deposit is 1,000 minimum spins today and tomorrow. Hold BTC and the game’s bet range is a slice of a coin, converted at the casino’s rate: a 5% move in the price between deposit and play changes how many spins your balance holds, and a win of 100x stake is worth a different number of dollars by the time it clears the approval queue. Bonus terms make this concrete. Maximum-bet rules are written in dollars — A$7.50 at RocketPlay, A$10 at Neospin, A$6.50 at National Casino, €5 at Bizzo — and apply to the converted value of your stake, so a BTC bet that was under the cap when you placed it can breach it after a price move. Breaches of the max-bet rule are the commonest reason for voided winnings in the complaint files we read. If you want the speed of Bitcoin without the moving target, USDT gives you a dollar-stable balance on the same cashiers.
Two casinos publish a separate welcome offer for crypto deposits. Bizzo and National Casino, sister sites under Starsten Limited, each offer 200% up to A$800 (or the NZ$ equivalent) on a first crypto deposit in place of the standard package, plus a 5% crypto reload up to A$150. The wagering is the same 40x, the maximum bet is €5 to A$6.50, and Casino Guru flags eight unfair clauses in each casino’s terms, including confiscation for “low-risk play” — read the review before you claim. Ripper pays 40% cashback on busted crypto deposits against 25% for everyone else and runs a weekly 200% crypto reload up to A$1,000 at 45x. RocketPlay cuts the other way: its weekly cashback excludes crypto wallets.
Approval first, then the send. RocketPlay approves within 24 hours and states the crypto payout as instant; Richard Casino and Golden Crown say instant after approval, Neospin about 45 minutes after up to 48 hours pending, Need for Spin 0–24 hours after 24–72 hours, Spin Samurai within 72 hours, Fair Go and Ripper two business days. The caps belong to the casino, not the coin: A$800 a day at Need for Spin, A$1,500 a day at Spin Samurai, A$2,000 a week at Ripper, A$2,500 per transfer at Fair Go, A$9,000 a week and 0.6 BTC per transaction at RocketPlay. Deposits must be wagered once before withdrawal at RocketPlay, Richard Casino and Just Casino, three times at Spin Samurai, and Need for Spin charges 10% on a deposit sent back unplayed.
Our Bitcoin page records no Lightning option at any of the SoftSwiss casinos, so assume an on-chain address there. The Fair Go and Ripper banking tables list a A$5 minimum by Lightning Bitcoin for deposits only; we have not tested it, and withdrawals from both go out on-chain with a A$100 minimum.
