What we check, what we will not write, how we are paid, and how to get a mistake fixed.
Where the facts come from
Every casino review starts from the operator's own terms and conditions, bonus terms, payments page and FAQ, read in full on the date shown as researched. Complaint records come from Casino Guru and AskGamblers, ratings from Trustpilot and LCB, and licence details are checked against the regulator's public register (Curaçao Gaming Authority, Kahnawake Gaming Commission, Tobique, Anjouan). Where an official page could not be loaded from Australia or New Zealand, or a figure could not be confirmed, the review says so in the text rather than filling the gap.
A review marked Provisional has not yet been through our own deposit-and-withdrawal test. When it has, the review shows the test dates, the methods used and the measured payout time, and the rating is recalculated. Nothing on this site describes a withdrawal we did not make.
How ratings are built
The rating is a weighted score: payout speed and limits 25%, licensing and fairness 20%, bonus terms 20%, banking for Australian players 15%, games 10%, support 10%. A licence that cannot be verified lowers the licensing score but does not remove a casino from the site; a documented pattern of unpaid or confiscated winnings does.
How we are paid
TeleVega earns a commission when a reader opens an account through a link marked "Visit casino" or "Play now". These links are tagged rel="sponsored". Commission does not affect the score, the order of a list, or whether a casino is marked not recommended: several casinos on this site carry a warning and no affiliate link at all. We do not accept payment for reviews, rankings or edits, and casinos do not see reviews before publication.
What we will not write
We do not describe a bonus as free money, quote a promo code we could not find on the casino's own site or a major review site, or list a payment method a casino does not actually offer to Australian players. We do not treat a player's choice to deposit in crypto without identity documents as a risk in itself; what we report is whether the casino pays, how fast, and what it asks for before it does.
How pages are updated
Every review, bonus and payment page carries the date it was last checked. Bonus offers are re-verified against the casino's promotions page and removed when they expire. Reviews are re-read at least quarterly and whenever a licence, operator or domain changes. The editors named on each page are responsible for its accuracy.
Corrections
If a figure on this site is wrong, tell us through the contact page with a link to the source. Corrections that change a fact are made in the text and the updated date moves; we do not silently rewrite history. Casino operators may use the same route to dispute a claim, and we will ask for documentation before changing anything.
Tools
Research, drafting and fact-checking use software, including AI-assisted tools, under the supervision of the editor named on the page, who is responsible for every published figure. Illustrations and the casino marks shown in lists are original artwork made for this site; an operator’s official logo replaces the mark only when it comes from that operator’s own media kit.
