On paper SkyCrown is a mid-tier SoftSwiss casino: 6,000-plus games, an Evolution live floor, AUD and NZD wallets, ten cryptocurrencies, Neosurf and Apple Pay. Unusually for an Australia-facing site, its licence checks out — Hollycorn N.V. holds Curaçao Gaming Authority licence OGL/2023/176/0095, listed as active and indefinite on the regulator's register dated 3 September 2026, with no enforcement action against it. That is worth saying plainly, because most brands in this market cannot manage it.
The problem is what happens when players try to leave with money. Trustpilot scores skycrown.com 1.5 out of 5 from 335 reviews, 58% of them one star. Casino Guru's file holds 86 complaints, and the recent ones are Australians waiting on A$78,600 and A$7,000 withdrawals; its user rating is 'Terrible'. The common thread is verification that never ends — one reviewer says they were asked to re-upload documents more than twenty times — followed by payouts running past three weeks. Casino Guru also flags four terms that let the casino confiscate winnings for claiming too many bonuses, for 'low-risk' play, or for unspecified betting patterns while wagering. A valid licence does not undo that.
