Live chat is 24/7 and Casino Guru measured replies in about two minutes. Trustpilot shows 4.3 from 776 reviews on a claimed profile with a 97% reply rate.
We do not recommend it, and the reason is the complaint file rather than the missing licence. The site names no operating company and no regulator anywhere; Casino Guru lists it as operating without a licence, and neither Ozwin nor Deckmedia N.V. appears on the Curaçao Gaming Authority's register dated 3 September 2026. That alone would not exclude it — Fair Go has the same gap. What separates Ozwin is that all ten of the direct complaints Casino Guru displays are unresolved: A$70,000 stuck in a VIP account, A$18,000 denied, A$15,000 confiscated over a bonus, A$6,000 cut after a jackpot.
